Dalyan Horse Riding Tour to the Lake and Natural Hot Springs with Caunos Horses
At Caunos Horses, we offer guided horseback riding experiences from our farm in Candir, Koycegiz, near Dalyan. Our routes combine countryside riding with two distinctive natural stops: a lake where we enter the water with the horses and natural hot springs where guests can take a swimming break.
Our Lake Tour covers approximately 4.5 km and lasts about 2 hours. Our Hot Springs Tour covers approximately 2.5 km and lasts about 1.5 hours. Guests who want to experience both routes can choose our approximately 5.5 km Lake + Hot Springs Tour, which lasts about 3 hours.
The trails include changing natural scenery, small stream crossings, tree-lined sections and waterside stops before returning to our starting point.
Tour Itinerary
Lake Tour
- Depart from Caunos Horses and begin the horseback ride toward the lake.
- Ride for approximately 45 minutes to reach the lake.
- Cross a small stream with the horses along the route.
- Continue from open terrain into a tree-lined and green section of the trail.
- Arrive at a small beach beside the lake.
- Take an approximately 30-minute break at the beach.
- Enter the lake with the horses.
- Return to the starting point along the same route.
- Total distance: Approximately 4.5 km.
- Total duration: Approximately 2 hours.
Hot Springs Tour
- Depart from Caunos Horses and ride toward the natural hot springs.
- Reach the hot springs after approximately 30 minutes of horseback riding.
- Take an approximately 30-minute swimming break at the hot springs.
- Return to the starting point on horseback.
- Total distance: Approximately 2.5 km.
- Total duration: Approximately 1.5 hours.
