Bangkok Pottery Workshop Experience at Arttra Pottery
At Arttra Pottery, we offer hands-on pottery and ceramic activities at our studio on Sukhumvit 71 in Bangkok. Our workshops are designed for guests who want to work directly with clay or decorate ceramic pieces while receiving guidance from our team.
Choose from pottery wheel throwing, hand forming or underglaze ceramic painting. Depending on your selected activity, you can shape your own ceramic piece from clay or select a prepared ceramic item such as a cup, plate or bowl and create your own painted design. Typical workshop time is approximately 1-2 hours.
Experience Itinerary
- Arrive at Arttra Pottery and prepare for your selected ceramic activity.
- Receive guidance on the technique and materials used for your workshop.
- For hand-forming sessions, prepare and shape the clay by hand into your chosen form.
- For wheel-throwing sessions, learn the basic process of shaping clay on an electric pottery wheel.
- For underglaze painting, select a ceramic piece and decorate it with your own design.
- Complete your ceramic work for the studio's glazing and firing process where applicable.
