Su Va Na Phuket is a luxury underwater fine dining restaurant located inside Aquaria Phuket at Central Phuket Floresta. This immersive dining experience combines a 13-course tasting menu, premium ingredients, elegant service, marine life views, and live mermaid performances in one of Thailand’s most unique restaurant settings.
Guests dine beside Aquaria Phuket’s main viewing tank, surrounded by more than 25,000 marine animals and over 300 species. The atmosphere is romantic, cinematic, and premium, making it ideal for couples, anniversaries, birthdays, proposals, luxury travelers, and guests looking for a special night out in Phuket.
The menu is curated by Chef Atanu Nath and blends contemporary European techniques with Asian and Thai flavors. Current menu options include Spring Menu, Pescatarian Menu, Non-Seafood Menu, Vegan Menu, and special themed dining events. Dishes may feature premium ingredients such as Hua Hin caviar, Hokkaido scallop, Canadian lobster, Patagonian toothfish, duck chawanmushi, truffle crme brle, and Oscietra caviar. Wine pairing is also available, with selections introduced by the sommelier.
During dinner, guests can enjoy underwater mermaid and merman performances, creating a magical aquarium-style show experience. The restaurant also offers VIP underwater tunnel seating, photo opportunities, private event options, romantic celebrations, and tailored dining experiences.
Dining usually requires at least two hours to fully enjoy the multi-course experience. Reservations are required, and a booking deposit is normally needed to confirm the table. The dress code is smart casual; slippers, sandals, and sleeveless shirts are not allowed.
