Koh Phangan Muay Thai Training Experience at M19 Muay Thai

At M19 Muay Thai in Ban Nai Suan, Koh Phangan, we welcome both complete beginners and experienced Muay Thai practitioners. Our camp was founded in 2019 by professional fighter Geoffray Lazzaro and provides training with experienced Muay Thai coaches.

Our group training focuses on developing Muay Thai technique and fitness through dedicated training areas for pad work, bag work, clinching and sparring. The camp also has a workout facility and an ice bath recovery area. Group sessions run twice daily from Monday to Saturday.
